Title 59. Professions And Occupations: Revocation of licenses - Reissuance

The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry shall
have the power to revoke the license of any registrant who is found
guilty by the Department of fraud, deceit, gross negligence,
incompetency, or misconduct in connection with any forestry practice
against any registrant.  Such charges shall be written, shall be
sworn to by the person making them, and shall be filed with the
secretary of the Department.  All charges shall be heard by the
Department pursuant to its rules and regulations.    The Department,
for reasons it may deem sufficient, may reissue a license to any
person whose license has been revoked.  A new license to replace any
license revoked, lost, destroyed or mutilated may be issued, subject
to the rules of the Department, and upon payment of a fee of Three
Dollars ($3.00).
