Oklahoma Code § 57-9

Title 57. Prisons And Reformatories: Penalty for cruelty to prisoners

If any officer or other person treat any prisoner in a cruel or
inhuman manner he shall be punished by a fine not exceeding One
Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail
not exceeding twelve (12) months, or by both such fine and
imprisonment.
