Oklahoma Code § 57-562

Title 57. Prisons And Reformatories: Correctional Officer Cadets

The Department of Corrections is hereby authorized to employ
Correctional Officer Cadets that will meet all the qualifications
established for correctional officers in Section 510 of this title.
After successful completion of the probationary period required in
subsection D of Section 840-4.13 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma
Statutes, Correctional Officer Cadets will be promoted to
Correctional Officer I.
