Title 57. Prisons And Reformatories: Monthly inspections

The sheriff or designated employee shall visit the county jail
in person and inquire into the condition of each prisoner at least
once each month and it shall be the duty of the sheriff or
designated employee to comply with all standards promulgated
pursuant to the Oklahoma Jail Standards Act.
