Title 57. Prisons And Reformatories: Medical research program - Expenses

The Department of Corrections is authorized to pay expenses
incurred in carrying out the medical research program at the State
Penitentiary from funds received pursuant to such research program.
Provided, however, that any funds not expended in carrying out such
research program can only be expended for goods, services, personnel
and capital improvement at the State Penitentiary at McAlester, the
McLeod Honor Farm, the Stringtown Subprison and the Granite
Reformatory. Provided, further, that the Department of Corrections
be permitted to receive federal funds that may be available from the
Federal Omnibus Crime Act.
