Title 56. Poor Persons: Annual report

On or before December 31 of each year, the Department shall file
a written report with the Division of the Budget and Division of
Central Accounting and Reporting, the Director of the Legislative
Service Bureau, the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and the
Speaker of the House of Representatives, containing an accounting of
all monies received by the Department from the federal programs

pursuant to Title IV-D of the Social Security Act, as amended, and
all monies received pursuant to orders for child support or
administrative determinations of the Department for the preceding
federal fiscal year.  The report shall also specify any expenditures
made by the Department pursuant to orders for child support or
administrative determinations of the Department for the preceding
federal fiscal year.
