Oklahoma Code § 53-1.20

Title 53. Oklahoma Historical Societies And Associations: Donation receptacles

Each Oklahoma museum or historical site supported by state funds
shall provide a donation receptacle at the museum or historical site
operated under the authority of the State of Oklahoma.  The donation
receptacles shall be for the purpose of the collection of voluntary
donations of monies made by visitors to the museums and historical
sites.  Any monies collected in any such donation receptacle shall
be deposited in an account or the revolving fund established for
that specific museum or historical site for the purposes of funding
renovations of the museum or historical site, acquisitions of
artifacts, and other expenditures necessary for the operation,
maintenance and expansion of the museum or historical site.
