Title 52. Oil And Gas: Domestic pipeline companies - Erection of pumping stations

All domestic gas pipeline corporations in this state are hereby
authorized to build and operate, and for that purpose to acquire,
whether by purchase or the exercise of eminent domain, sites for the

erection of pumping stations in this state wherever the same may be
necessary, due consideration being had for the size, capacity,
pressure, facilities and powers of all other gas pipeline
corporations and gas consumers and gas producers, in the same gas
district which may be affected by the use of said pumps.
