Title 52. Oil And Gas: Governor as official representative of state - Powers and

The Governor is hereby designated as the official representative
of the State of Oklahoma on "The Interstate Oil Compact Commission"
provided for in the Compact herein authorized to be extended.  The
Governor shall exercise and perform for the State of Oklahoma all
the powers and duties imposed by the aforesaid Compact upon a
representative to "The Interstate Oil Compact Commission"; provided,
that he shall have the authority to appoint an assistant
representative who shall act as the official representative of the
State of Oklahoma on "The Interstate Oil Compact Commission" when
the authority to so act is delegated to him by the Governor.  In
addition said assistant representative shall perform such other
duties as the Governor may designate which are necessary to enable
the State of Oklahoma to fully cooperate in accomplishing the
objects of said Compact.  Said assistant representative shall take
the oath of office prescribed by the Constitution which shall be
filed with the Secretary of State.
