Any member of the Commission, Proration Umpire, assistant, deputy, agent or employee of the Proration Umpire, Proration Attorney, or any agent or employee of the Commission who asks, receives or agrees to receive any gift or gratuity upon any agreement or understanding that his acts or conduct with respect to (a) enforcing any provision of this act or of any order, rule, or regulation of the Commission made under or in pursuance of this act, or (b) the discharge of any duty by any such officer or person imposed upon him by the provisions of this act, or by any order, rule, or regulation of the Commission issued and promulgated under the provisions of this act, shall be influenced thereby shall be guilty of a Class C2 felony offense punishable by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20M of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
