Title 52. Oil And Gas: Bribery - Punishment

Whoever corruptly gives, offers or promises to give to any
member of the Commission, Proration Umpire, assistant or deputy of a
Proration Umpire, Proration Attorney, or agent or employee of the
Commission, any gift or gratuity whatsoever with an intent to
influence any such officer or person in his acts or conduct with
respect to (a) enforcing any order, rule or regulation of the
Commission made under this act, or (b) the discharge of any duty by
any such officer or person imposed upon him by the provisions of
this act, or by any order, rule, or regulation of the Commission
issued and promulgated under the provisions of this act, shall be
guilty of a Class D1 felony offense and shall be punished by
imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section
20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, and by a fine not
exceeding Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).
