Title 45. Mines And Mining: Penalty for obstruction

Every person who willfully obstructs the Chief Inspector or his
assistant inspectors in the execution of his or their duties, and
every owner, agent, lessee or manager of a mine who refuses or
neglects to furnish to the Cheif Mine Inspector or his assistants,
the means necessary for making entry, inspection, examination or
inquiry, as herein provided in relation to such mine shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, he shall be punished as
hereinafter provided.
