Title 45. Mines And Mining: May stop mining, when

Such inspector, and each of his assistants, shall also have
power to immediately stop the operation of any mine or part thereof
where any dangerous or unlawful conditions are found:  Provided,
however, that where conditions exist justifying him to do so, he may
grant a reasonable length of time for making repairs:  And provided,
further, that where any stops are enforced, such inspector and each
of his assistants shall have the power subsequently to allow such
mine or part of mine to be reopened when the dangerous or unlawful
conditions have been remedied, or removed, so that they no longer
exist.
