Oklahoma Code § 43A-3-427

Title 43A. Mental Health: Alcohol- or drug-dependent person deemed mentally ill

Any alcohol- or drug-dependent person who is also deemed to be a
mentally ill person as defined in the mental health laws of this
state is subject to all provisions of the mental health laws
governing admission and disposition of mentally ill persons.
