Oklahoma Code § 43-124

Title 43. Marriage And Family: Bigamy a felony

Every person convicted of bigamy as such offense is defined in
Section 123 of this title shall be guilty of a felony and shall be
punished by imprisonment in the State Penitentiary for a term of not
less than one (1) year nor more than three (3) years.
