fertilizer - Agricultural lien.
A.  Any person selling, furnishing, applying or providing to the
owner of crops which are growing or to be grown, any seed,
chemicals, pesticides, herbicides or fertilizer for the growing of
the crops shall, upon filing, have a lien on the crops for the
amount due for such seed, chemicals, pesticides, herbicides or
fertilizer or for the application thereof.  The lien provided for in
this section shall be subject to all prior perfected liens.
B.  The lien created by this section shall not be effective
unless filed as an agricultural lien pursuant to Article 9 of the
Uniform Commercial Code.
C.  The lien created by this section may be foreclosed by the
sale of the crops subject to the lien anytime within twelve (12)
months after filing of the lien in accordance with the provisions of
Title 12A of the Oklahoma Statutes.
