Oklahoma Code § 40-197.14

Title 40. Labor: Penalty for failure to post notice

Any employer failing to post the notice required by Section 6 of
this act shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed Twenty-five
Dollars ($25.00), and each week he fails to post such notice shall
constitute a separate offense.
