Oklahoma Code § 40-197.13

Title 40. Labor: Penalty for failure to pay minimum compensation

Any employer, or the officer or agent of any corporation, who
pays or agrees to pay to any employee less than the rate of
compensation required by Sections 197.2 and 197.5 of this title,
upon conviction, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be
punished by a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00),
or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six (6)
months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
