Title 36. Insurance: Workers' compensation insurance

A.  A casualty insurer shall not be authorized to transact
workers' compensation insurance in this state without first
complying with the applicable provisions of Title 85A of the
Oklahoma Statutes.
B.  A claims adjuster for any insurer duly authorized to
transact workers' compensation insurance in Oklahoma shall be
licensed pursuant to the Insurance Adjusters Licensing Act.

4, eff. Nov. 1, 2015.
