nongovernmental entities. A. The Insurance Commissioner shall deposit weekly with the State Treasurer all funds in the Commissioner’s hands collected for the use of the state. B. The Insurance Commissioner may contract with nongovernmental entities to collect fees and taxes on behalf of the Insurance Department.
