Oklahoma Code § 36-1621

Title 36. Insurance: Foreign securities

Provided nothing contained herein shall prevent a domestic
company doing business in other states of the United States or in
foreign countries from investing the funds required to meet its
obligations incurred in such other states or foreign countries in
the kind of securities that such companies are required by law or
permitted by law to invest in that state.
