Title 25. Definitions And General Provisions: Bill of Responsibilities Day

The 16th day of December of each year is hereby established as
"Bill of Responsibilities Day" in Oklahoma.  All citizens of this
state are requested to devote some portion of Bill of
Responsibilities Day to reflection and acceptance of the
responsibilities of being a citizen of this nation in order to
secure and expand our freedom as individual members of a free
society.
