Title 25. Definitions And General Provisions: Bill of Rights Day

The 15th day of December of each year is hereby established as
"Bill of Rights Day" in Oklahoma.  All citizens of this state are
requested to devote some portion of Bill of Rights Day to reflection
on the liberties and freedoms guaranteed to American citizens by the
Bill of Rights.
