Title 24. Debtor And Creditor: Bond of assignee

Within thirty (30) days after the date of an assignment for the
benefit of creditors the assignee must enter into a bond to the
state, with sufficient sureties, the amount of said bond to be named
and approved by the judge of the district court of the county in
which the original inventory is filed, and conditioned for the
faithful discharge of the trust, and due accounting for all monies
received by the assignee, which bond must be filed in the same
office with the original inventory.
