Oklahoma Code § 21-799

Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Robbery in the second degree a felony

Any person guilty of robbery in the second degree shall be
guilty of a Class B4 felony offense punishable by imprisonment in
the State Penitentiary not exceeding ten (10) years.
