Oklahoma Code § 21-798

Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Robbery in the first degree a felony

Any person guilty of robbery in the first degree shall be guilty
of a Class A2 felony offense punishable by imprisonment in the State
Penitentiary not less than ten (10) years.
