Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Refusal of officer to perform duty

Every county clerk, court clerk, judge of the district court,
district attorney, county commissioner, or sheriff, who willfully
fails or refuses to perform the duties of his or her office
according to law, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
