Oklahoma Code § 21-322

Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Penalty for violating Section 321

Any member of the Legislature who shall violate the provisions
of Section 321 of this title shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony
offense, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not less than
One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor to exceed One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00), and be sentenced to a term of incarceration as provided
for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of this title, and in
addition thereto, the member shall forfeit office.
