Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Member of legislature - Soliciting or securing employment

It shall be unlawful and deemed a Class D1 felony offense for
any member of the Legislature of Oklahoma to solicit, receive or
accept any money or thing of value either directly or through
another person for soliciting or securing employment of or for
another person from any department or institution of the state,
where the said department or institution is supported in whole or in
part from revenues levied pursuant to law or appropriations made by
the Legislature.
