Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Bribery of or influencing members

Any person who gives or offers to give a bribe to any member of
the Legislature, or attempts directly or indirectly, by menace,
deceit, suppression of truth or any other corrupt means, to
influence a member in giving or withholding his vote, or in not
attending the house of which he is a member, or any committee
thereof, shall be guilty of a Class C2 felony offense punishable by
imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section

20M of this title, or by a fine not exceeding Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00), or both.
