Oklahoma Code § 21-307

Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Altering engrossed copy of bill

Any person who fraudulently alters the engrossed copy or
enrollment of any bill which has been passed by the Legislature,
with intent to procure it to be approved by the Governor or
certified by the Secretary of State, or printed or published by the
printer of the statutes in language different from that in which it
was passed by the Legislature shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a
Class D3 felony offense and shall be punished by imprisonment as
provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20P of this
title.
