Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Pump Pirates Act

Any person who pumps gasoline into the gasoline tank of a
vehicle and leaves the premises where the gasoline was pumped
without making payment for the gasoline shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not
more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or confinement in the
county jail for a period of not more than sixty (60) days, or by
both such fine and imprisonment.
