Oklahoma Code § 21-1375

Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Terms defined

When used in this act the following words and phrases shall have
the following meanings, except to the extent that any such word or
phrase is qualified by its context:
1.  "Chief administrative officer" shall mean the president,
superintendent, principal or other person in charge of the
management, administration or control of any university, college,
elementary or secondary school or other private or public
institution of learning subject to the Oklahoma Higher Education
Code or the school laws of Oklahoma.
2.  "Institution of learning" shall mean any university,
college, elementary or secondary school or other private or public
institution of learning subject to the Oklahoma Higher Education
Code or the school laws of Oklahoma, and includes the area or
property under the jurisdiction of such institution.
