Oklahoma Code § 21-1372

Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Injunctive relief

In addition to the penalties provided in Section 1371 of this
title for a violation of Section 1370 of this title, a cause of
action shall exist in favor of any citizen, or in favor of the State
of Oklahoma on the relation of the district attorney of any county
wherein the offense is committed, to apply to the district court of
such county for an injunction restraining such violation.
