District No. 3. A. Until January 6, 2003, the counties of Washita, Kiowa, Jackson and Tillman. Said district shall have one district judge to be nominated and elected at large. B. Effective January 6, 2003, the counties of Kiowa, Jackson, Tillman, Harmon and Greer. Said district shall have one district judge to be nominated and elected at large.
