District No. 2. A. Until January 6, 2003, the counties of Ellis, Roger Mills, Custer, Beckham, Greer and Harmon. Said district shall have one district judge to be nominated and elected at large. B. Effective January 6, 2003, the counties of Washita, Ellis, Roger Mills, Custer, and Beckham. Said district shall have one district judge to be nominated and elected at large.
