A. It shall be unlawful to transport castor beans in quantities of more than fifty (50) pounds containing the toxin ricin within this state. B. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and may be punished by a fine not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). C. Provisions of this section shall be enforced by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry.
