Title 19. Counties And County Officers: Sale of county-owned property to Oklahoma Historical

Society.
The board of county commissioners is hereby authorized and
empowered to sell to the Oklahoma Historical Society for purposes of
restoration and preservation, county-owned land, sites or structures
which have been deemed by the Oklahoma Historical Society to be of
historical significance to the state.
