Oklahoma Code § 19-25

Title 19. Counties And County Officers: Precedence in court

If any application for a hearing, upon any question arising
after such election has been held, is filed with the Supreme Court,
it shall be the duty of said court to make said matter special and
give it precedence over the other business of said court, and
consider and pass upon the same as speedily as is consistent with
the business of said court.
