Title 19. Counties And County Officers: Duty when new township organized

The clerk of each county shall as often as new townships shall
be organized in his county, or the boundaries of any township
therein shall be altered, and immediately thereafter make out and
transmit to the State Auditor and Inspector a certified statement of
the name and boundaries of the township so organized, and of the
boundaries of any township the boundaries of which shall have been
altered.
