Oklahoma Code § 15-141.32

Title 15. Contracts: Privileged and confidential records

All active examination or investigatory records of the Insurance
Commissioner made or received pursuant to the Service Warranty Act
shall be deemed privileged and confidential and are not subject to
public inspection for so long as is reasonably necessary to complete
the examination or investigation, except for records which would
otherwise be public records.
