Oklahoma Code § 11-42-114

Title 11. Cities And Towns: Limitation on claims for damages

No one may maintain an action for damages against the parties
obtaining a decree of vacation of a public way or easement, their
heirs, assigns, or successors, unless commenced within ninety (90)
days after the decree of vacation has been rendered or the decree
has become final if an appeal has been taken.
