Title 11. Cities And Towns: Strong-mayor-council cities - Officers to be elected -

Terms.
In a statutory strong-mayor-council city, the terms of the
elected officers shall be staggered so that at any one general
municipal election, the following officers are to be elected for
four-year terms:
1.  Councilmembers from Wards One, Two and Five (if one).
At the next general municipal election, the following officers are
to be elected for four-year terms:
1.  Councilmembers from Wards Three, Four and Six (if one); and2.  The mayor.
