Title 10A. Children And Juvenile Code: Responsibility for deprived children

A.  It shall be the responsibility of the Department of Human
Services to provide care for deprived children who are committed to
the custody of the Department.
B.  The Department shall provide for the care of such children
pursuant to Chapter IX of this Code.
