Oklahoma Code § 10A-1-4-814

Title 10A. Children And Juvenile Code: Modification of decrees or orders

Any decree or order made pursuant to the provisions of the
Oklahoma Children's Code may be modified by the court at any time;
provided, however, that an order terminating parental rights shall
not be modified.
