Effective: October 5, 1999 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 3 - 123rd General Assembly The director of development may adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code establishing an education program for consumers eligible to participate in the low-income customer assistance programs. The education program shall provide information to consumers regarding energy efficiency and energy conservation.
