Effective: September 29, 2015 Latest Legislation: House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly The director of development services shall establish an energy efficiency and weatherization program targeted, to the extent practicable, to high-cost, high-volume use structures occupied by customers eligible for the percentage of income payment plan program, with the goal of reducing the energy bills of the occupants. Acceptance of energy efficiency and weatherization services provided by the program shall be a condition for the eligibility of any such customer to participate in the percentage of income payment plan program.
