Effective: December 23, 2002 Latest Legislation: House Bill 496 - 124th General Assembly Whoever violates division (A) or (B) of section 4758.02 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on a first offense; on each subsequent offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
