Effective: March 22, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 284 - 129th General Assembly The chemical dependency professionals board shall issue an independent chemical dependency counselor-clinical supervisor license under section 4758.24 of the Revised Code to each individual who, on the effective date of this section, holds a valid independent chemical dependency counselor license without requiring the individual to comply with divisions (A)(2) and (3) of that section.
