Effective: October 5, 2000 Latest Legislation: House Bill 448 - 123rd General Assembly In addition to any other remedies provided by law, the counselor and social worker board may apply to an appropriate court for an order enjoining the violation of any provision of this chapter, and on a showing that any person has violated or is about to violate any provision of this chapter, the court shall grant an order enjoining the violation.
